I am primarily a relational integrative therapist, which means I see the relationship between therapist and client as central to the healing process and change. As an integrative therapist, I draw on and integrate different theoretical approaches to support my work with clients.
I work in private practice and see clients who come to therapy for all sorts of reasons, whether it’s anxiety, depression, loss, bereavement, addiction, trauma, abuse, relationship problems, life crises or feelings of stuckness. I also work with maternal and perinatal mental illness.
I offer short-term and long-term therapy in-person in Bournemouth and the Cotswolds and remotely online.
Taking the initial steps to see a therapist or counsellor can be a daunting and anxiety inducing experience. Whether this is the first time you have been in therapy or counselling or whether you have already tried talking therapies, I am here to listen without judgement and support you so together we can make sense of your difficulties in a confidential space. With this understanding, together we can explore new ways of being in the world.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
