My work is grounded in Jungian analytical psychology and offers a reflective space for exploring emotional difficulties, life transitions, and recurring patterns in relationships or work.
No prior understanding of Jungian psychology is required. The work begins with the individual’s lived experience, with theoretical ideas kept in the background.
A key element of Jungian psychotherapy is paying attention to the symbolic life of the psyche. Dreams, images, and other expressions of the unconscious often reveal perspectives not yet accessible to conscious awareness and can open new avenues for understanding oneself.
The work unfolds through attentive dialogue and reflection on psychological experience — including personal history, relational patterns, and the images or themes that emerge in dreams and imagination. Questions of identity, direction, and meaning often arise naturally in this process.
Having lived and worked in diverse cultural settings, I am also sensitive to the psychological issues that may arise from migration, cultural transition, or major career changes.
Over time, this work aims to deepen self-understanding and foster a more conscious and integrated relationship with one’s inner life. In Jungian terms, this movement is often understood as part of the process of individuation — the gradual unfolding of a person’s unique psychological path.
I am a Jungian psychotherapist working with adults seeking deeper self-understanding, particularly through dreams, life transitions, and recurring patterns in relationships or work.
