My Approach

I am trained as a Humanistic, Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, and so I adapt my way of working to your needs.

I integrate traditional talking therapy with other modalities, in a client-centred way. These include psychodynamic psychotherapy, parts work (influenced by Internal Family Systems Therapy), somatic (body sensation) awareness and neuroscience psychoeducation (to support you in understanding your innate natural wisdom).

As a dual-qualified coach and counsellor, I can also work in a goal-oriented, future focused way.

About Me

I offer a gentle, supportive, non-judgmental environment where I encourage you to explore your feelings and problems at your own pace. Here, you will be able to tell your story and feel heard and understood. Together, we can explore your life and behaviour patterns, how these may have stemmed from past experiences, and discover new ways to relate in the outside world.

I’m dual-qualified as a psychotherapeutic counsellor and coach. I have been mentoring and coaching since 2017, and working as a counsellor since 2020. This dual qualification allows us to look both into your past, and how this affects the present, and also ways to support you in making plans for a positive future.

I have a special interest in working with veterinary professions, including vets, vet nurses and allied support staff. Please see the dedicated website for the veterinary community: www.vetamorphosis.co.uk

I offer remote sessions via video conferencing or phone to clients in the whole of the United Kingdom (UK).
