My Approach

I take an integrative approach to therapy, using a range of methods and tools tailored to meet your unique needs. My goal is to support you where you are now, helping you explore how you want to feel, behave, or relate in the future. Together, we will identify what you need in order to move forward and work towards achieving the positive changes you desire.

Whether you’re seeking to overcome personal challenges or improve your relationships, my aim is to provide the guidance and space necessary for you to grow and thrive.

About Me

I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and Couples Counsellor, my aim is to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions, feel truly heard, and find the support you need. My ethos centres on equality and the belief that everyone has the potential for positive change.
With many years of experience working across various sectors—including the NHS, schools, addiction centres, and private practice—I have helped individuals and couples navigate through a range of difficulties. My specialties include depression, anxiety, addictions, and relationship challenges.
I am an accredited member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), adhering to their rigorous ethical standards in my practice.
Whether you’re facing personal struggles or seeking to strengthen your relationship, I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

In my couples work, the first step is to explore and understand the differences between you and your partner. This process involves open conversations where both of you can express your perspectives without judgment or the pressure to change the other’s mind. The goal is for each partner to truly listen and appreciate these differences, recognizing that differing approaches don’t have to create conflict, but can actually become one of the strengths in your relationship. We will work together to develop healthier ways of managing disagreements, finding strategies that allow you to handle conflict more constructively. As you both learn to communicate better and approach conflict in a more supportive and less stressful way, you should start to feel less helpless or hopeless about your relationship. Over time, this can lead to greater happiness, positivity, and a renewed sense of connection.
