My Approach

My approach is underpinned by Systemic theory and interventions but I have also trained in individual approached such as ACT to support young people and children in the family. I specialise in work with parents.

About Me

I am a Systemic Psychotherapist with many years of experience working in CAMHS (Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services) with families who have children and young people with mental health issues. I have worked in both in-patient and community services. I currently work in a Post-Adoption Support Service with families, children and young people who have been are adopted, where I run therapeutic parenting groups and preparation groups for perspective adopters as well as family and individual psychotherapy.
