I am a UKCP and UPCA accredited clinical existential psychotherapist with a Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy from the Existential Academy, London that focused on existential and humanistic approaches to living, CBT, gender and sexuality and family systems. I also have an MSc in Psychotherapy Studies from Middlesex University, UK that addressed relational conflict and reconciliation, personal change and the lifespan, well-being, health and illness, and social, cultural and ethical issues. I am also trauma informed, and bereavement, grief and loss trained, and have worked in private practice, NHS talking therapies and an EAP for several years.
