My clinical approach, rooted in Analytical Psychology of C.G.Jung, allows clients to explore their past relational history, as well as the potential that lays ahead of them, facilitating a deeper connection and understanding of the self. Jungian Analysis centres around one’s transformative process, emphasising conscious growth, development and healing.
Starting psychotherapy is a significant personal choice. You may find yourself here due to struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, early developmental difficulties, relational difficulties, crisis, loss, lack of meaning in life, or perhaps you've been struggling with another psychological difficulty. Therapeutic engagement can help. My approach to psychotherapy provides a safe and supportive space to explore and work through life challenges, helping you attain a deeper understanding of your experiences.
I am a qualified Jungian Analyst, Psychotherapist and Clinical Psychologist (MSc. Clinical Psych.). I am a registered professional member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), of the Association of Jungian Analysts (AJA), and of the International Association of Analytical Psychology (IAAP).
I work in person and online.
