My Approach

Some people come to therapy with specific issues they want to address; others arrive with a more general feeling that life isn’t quite as it should be. Everyone is welcome. Our first focus will be developing a shared understanding of how therapy can support you and what you hope to gain from the process.

My style is open and collaborative. I aim to create a space where clients feel truly safe to share, no matter how difficult or hard-to-express their experiences may be. I believe therapy is a real relationship, built on mutual trust and respect, but it’s also held within the careful, purposeful boundaries that make this work unique.

About Me

Therapy is a unique experience for everyone. There’s no single answer to what happens in therapy. Telling your story to a therapist can be an act of renewal—a chance to revisit your past, not as a fixed narrative, but as something you can reshape into new beginnings. By speaking about your life, you bring your story into the open, sharing it with another person who listens attentively, with a deep appreciation for our shared humanity

Alongside my private practice, I’ve had the privilege of working in a range of public services, supporting clients during some of the most vulnerable times in their lives. Whether they were dealing with trauma, grief, or challenges around identity, I’ve been there to offer guidance and support. As a UKCP-registered psychotherapist, I am committed to their code of practice, and I believe that ethics are at the very core of psychotherapy. Respect and confidentiality are central to the work I do.

Beyond psychotherapy, I was fortunate enough to spend nearly two decades in a creative industry, living on three different continents and gaining work experience across the globe.
