I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Counsellor, I work with adults, children and adolescents. We can engage in either short or long-term therapy depending on your personal goals. As an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist I am also interested in how the creative process and imagination can facilitate and deepen a person’s awareness, leading to opportunity for choice and change.
I use play and the arts in my work with children to enhance their sense of comfort and understanding. I am also a qualified and experienced teacher, and aware of the pressures and complexities of contemporary school life.
I have experience of working with issues such as: anxiety; depression; stress; burn out; bereavement; health and physical illness; sexuality; gender; childhood issues; trauma; abuse; PTSD; anger; self-esteem; work issues; relationships; assertiveness; transitions and change.
I am a qualified Clinical Supervisor with experience of offering Supervision to individuals and groups in various settings.
I am qualified to offer online and telephone Counselling and I am able to offer sessions via Zoom or on the phone.
I employ a variety of approaches to suit any individual’s style and I work collaboratively with clients in order to promote their autonomy, awareness and self-esteem.
