My Approach

My work is informed by contemporary psychotherapy and is pluralistic in nature, meaning I draw on concepts, strategies, and interventions from a range of therapeutic approaches. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all model, I adapt how we work to support you in the way that feels most helpful and relevant.

I prioritise building a strong therapeutic relationship and work in an active, collaborative way. I take time to really listen and understand what’s happening beneath the surface, supporting you to explore the root of your difficulties and to discover new ways of responding. Alongside reflective conversation, I integrate embodied and nervous-system-aware awareness, recognising that the body holds valuable wisdom that can support understanding, regulation, and relief.

I am interested in working with both the mind and the body and may also draw on neuro-linguistic understanding — exploring how thoughts, feelings, language, and patterns of behaviour relate to outcomes. This can support you in learning the language of your own mind and in developing new perspectives and possibilities.

Our sessions offer space to pause, reflect, and learn, and where helpful I may encourage gentle experimentation or reflection between sessions. I believe therapy can be a place not only to process difficulty and build resilience, but also to notice progress, celebrate growth, and embed lasting change — supporting you not just today, but into the future.
I am currently undertaking training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), which informs my trauma-informed, integrative practice.

About Me

Welcome, I offer contemporary psychotherapy and integrative coaching to adults who want a warm, relational space alongside support for meaningful change. I have a warm and positive approach to therapy and truly believe that therapy is a collaborative process — one where we work together to understand what’s going on and how to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

I care deeply about supporting wellbeing and creating a space that feels safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental. I value honesty and reflection in the therapeutic relationship and believe that meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely heard, supported, and gently challenged when it’s helpful to do so.
I am passionate about helping people develop greater self-awareness and understanding of themselves, not only to navigate current challenges but to support long-term wellbeing and a more meaningful, conscious way of living.
