You may be seeking support because of a sudden personal crisis such as a bereavement or work or relationship problems or you may have realised over a period of time that something is not working for you. Perhaps you are feeling stuck and unfulfilled in your present situation and unsure where to go from here. You may sometimes feel low and down or angry and frustrated and you are not sure why and not sure what to do about it. Counselling and psychotherapy can offer a safe, confidential and supportive place to explore where you are, where you have been and where you would like to be in the future, helping you to develop your resources and move forward.
