About Me

I trained as a Gestalt counsellor, Systemic & Family Psychotherapist, supervisor, and consultant. I have over 15 years of extensive experience working with both adults and children who face complex challenges. My focus has been on providing support and guidance to individuals, couples, and families as they navigate challenges. Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

I have over a decade of dedicated experience in a hospice setting, I have been honoured to work extensively with individuals facing the profound challenges of death, dying, and bereavement. This includes providing support to those affected by deaths resulting from suicide, murder and accidents. I am deeply passionate about creating a safe and compassionate space for clients to openly discuss the topic of death and explore its significance in their lives. My goal is to support and guide clients as they navigate their unique experiences, fostering understanding, healing, and personal growth in the face of life's most profound transitions.
I feel passionate about training, supervision, and coaching, I have had the privilege of being a visiting lecturer on the systemic psychotherapy training at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. Part of my passion for training is the reciprocity of learning. I strongly believe in the sharing of knowledge, and welcome opportunities to be stretched by my supervisees, trainees, and clients, fostering a nurturing and engaging environment for growth.
