As an integrative psychotherapist, I synthesize a variety of modalities which I tailor depending on the individual client, their unique situation and what will be more supportive for them. Some key ways that I work include psychodynamic, person-centred and relational approaches. I am also influenced by body psychotherapy and attachment theory.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist
I see therapy as an opportunity to explore, to challenge and to develop new ways of being and relating. I engage with my clients in a real, authentic way, and invite them to do the same with me. I'm an UKCP accredited Psychotherapist with 10 years experience working in a range of mental health services. I work in a way that is open, honest, supportive and allows for lightness and challenge.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
