About Me

Milena Alinčová-Zakri, is registered UKCP psychotherapist and MBACP counsellor. She offers on-line therapy and supervision. Her prior background was in sociology as researcher and lecturer working mainly with ethnic minorities. Since 2015 till 2024 she worked in the Havens, NHS specialist service for people who have been raped or sexually assaulted. She has extensive experience working with trauma, addiction, domestic violence/relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, gender related issues, low confidence, spiritual emergency and psychedelic experiences. She believes that effective therapy involves trust, respect and dialogue and in her work, she embraces the creative, relational and embodied aspects of Gestalt.
Milena also offers relaxation workshops using NADA auricular acupuncture and sound and vibration of Himalayan singing bowls.
