About Me

Milena Alinčová-Zakri, is registered UKCP psychotherapist and MBACP counsellor. She offers face-to-face (South London) as well as on-line therapy and supervision. Her prior background was in sociology as researcher and lecturer working mainly with ethnic minorities. Currently she works in the NHS and also has private practice. She has extensive experience working with trauma, addiction, domestic violence/relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, gender related issues, low confidence, spiritual emergency and psychedelic experiences. She believes that effective therapy involves trust, respect and dialogue and in her work, she embraces the creative, relational and embodied aspects of Gestalt.
