My Approach

I always aim to be kind and sensitive to the needs of the people I see. I am a former senior (RMN) practitioner in an NHS community mental health team. Now working in private practice as a Mental Health Consultant and Doctor of Clinical Practice (Psychotherapy Specialism). New referrals welcome - either in person (Cornwall, UK) or online. Despite some initial reservations I find that online therapy typically works well - sometimes leading to significant, life enhancing and lasting therapeutic change.
