My Approach

I am an empathetic, passionate and dedicated Integrative Gestalt Therapist with 13 years of experience in helping individuals (children, teenagers, young adults, adults) navigate their personal and relational challenges. My therapeutic approach combines elements of Gestalt therapy with other evidence-based modalities, creating a holistic and personalised experience for each client.

In Gestalt therapy, we focus on the here and now, encouraging self-awareness and personal responsibility. Together, we'll work to illuminate patterns, identify barriers to growth, and foster a deeper understanding of your unique experiences. My goal is to facilitate transformative change, helping you build meaningful connections and lead a more fulfilling life.

My fee per session (50 min) is £70. I have limited availability for concessionary places. Payment by cash or bank transfer on the day of the session.

Hello, I'm Mel. I am a bilingual Integrative Gestalt Therapist and offer therapy/counselling in German and English. Apart from working in my private practice, I am the Lead Counsellor and Senior Mental Health Lead at Richmond-upon-Thames College. I am a dedicated Integrative Gestalt therapist committed to supporting children, teenagers, young adults and adults on their journey toward improved mental health, self-discovery and holistic wellbeing. At my private practice, I create a safe, confidential, non-judgmental and empathetic space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours in the present moment.

I also offer supervision.
