My Approach

I offer a regular and safe space to speak about any aspect of your life that you choose to share. Sessions may be open ended or targeted and specific to a significant issue that is troubling you. I offer both short term and long term sessions which are curated to fit the needs of each person.

When we start psychotherapy we may have a very clear idea of what we need - coping strategies, plans and goals or we may just feel we need to speak openly to someone who will really listen to us. The approach that I use means that I will meet you where you are and work with you at a pace that suits you.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £60. People come weekly or sometimes more.
