My Approach

I think relationships and contexts are key to how we experience and make meaning in our worlds. I love to work systematically with emotions and am equally happy with individuals, couples and families.

About Me

I am a systemic psychotherapist, with a background of over 20 year’s experience in children’s social work, troubled adolescents including over ten years specialised gangs and exploitation work. I work with all kinds of worry’s that individuals, families and organisations encounter. I am also particularly interested in the online therapeutic experience to make this as helpful as possible.

I work with

  • Companies
  • Couples
  • Families
  • Groups
  • Individuals
  • Private healthcare referrals

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

Relationship is at the heart of what it is to be human and our ideas about ourselves, others and our world are co-created. Attending to our contexts often brings powerful understandings and change in different ways than a focus on the individual does.
I have worked people facing all kinds of traumas in homes and work situations including; violence, sickness and bereavement among others.
