Together we can establish goals that are achievable and work at your pace to build a trusting therapeutic relationship with you at the centre of everything we do. I will bring my knowledge, skills and creativity to our sessions.
During a therapy session you will be listened to and heard, your experiences will be validated and you will be seen as the unique person that you are. We will work together to explore your thoughts and feelings, your needs and worries. We will identify changes that you want to make
I believe that people have the capacity for change and I will support you on your journey with warmth, a sense of humour, honesty and respect.
I understand how daunting the idea of therapy can be. It takes great courage to take that first step to reach out and ask for help. I believe that the therapeutic journey can be an amazing, enriching, life-changing experience which helps us to make sense of ourselves, identify blocks to change and start to make small changes that can make a big difference to our life. No issue is “too small” or “unimportant”
