My Approach

I focus on building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship where my clients feel comfortable and supported. In my practice, I offer more than just a listening ear, I provide clients with practical tools to help address what’s troubling them and empower them to apply these tools in their daily lives.

Together, we look back to explore values and scripts from the past that may no longer serve you, creating a space where meaningful changes can be made to align with your true needs and aspirations. While therapy can be challenging at times, I believe there’s always room for smiles in my space, whether we’re meeting face-to-face or online.

My foundation model is Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counselling, but I take an integrative approach, incorporating other models and techniques, including mindfulness, to tailor the therapy to each individual’s needs.

About Me

One of the most challenging steps in mental health is acknowledging the need for help, and it’s a privilege for me to be there when my clients take that step. I started my counselling journey after my own life experiences. While everyone’s experience is unique, my personal path has given me a deep sense of understanding and empathy for those seeking support.

I pride myself on creating a supportive, non-judgemental, safe, and confidential space where clients feel secure exploring their thoughts and feelings.

Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process. That’s why I offer a free 30-minute telephone conversation, giving you the opportunity to share a little about yourself and ask any questions you may have.
