About Me

I am a qualified, experienced integrative psychotherapist based in North London, NW3. I work with adult individuals and offer both long-term and short-term arrangements, depending on what you feel best suits your needs. I work in person and online.

I am also a qualified supervisor providing supervision to individuals and groups.

I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space so that you feel supported to explore your concerns and better equipped to take steps that will enhance the quality of your life. I am experienced in helping clients with difficulties such as: depression, relationships, coping with cancer and other physical illnesses, bereavement, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem.

I have an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling and a Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling. I abide by the UKCP Ethical Framework and am committed to practicing in a sensitive, thoughtful and compassionate way, respectful of the different backgrounds, cultures and identities of my clients. I am a registered member of both the UKCP and the BACP as well as being a member of The Relational School and British Psychosocial Oncology Society. Alongside my private practice, I have worked in different therapy centres in London and as a cancer counsellor, patient group facilitator and supervisor at The Mulberry Centre and as a locum oncology counsellor at the London Clinic. I am also a member of a network of experienced oncology counsellors, Cancer Counselling London.

My practice is within easy reach of Finchley Road, Swiss Cottage, Hampstead and Belsize Park underground stations. It is also very close to Finchley Road & Frognal Overground station. The practice postcode is NW3 5RN.
