About Me

Welcome to my profile. I am a psychotherapist working in Central and Western Bath. I offer individual sessions to adults aged 18 and over.
One of my particular areas of interest and experience is in the psychological support of clients who live with chronic physical disease. Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

My background and long experience in nursing means that supporting and making sense of chronic illness is a special interest of mine. Chronic disease can feel isolating and othering. I can help you make sense of, and live with this challenge.
The family we are born into, and even our pre-natal experience, has a profound influence on the person we become. It's unfortunate that we cannot change the past, but the present and future is most definitely up to us! I can help you find your place in the world, examine unhelpful patterns of relating, and forge a better future.
