Working across a variety of clinical settings in Central London currently based in Grenfell working for the NHS, I offer one-to-one integrative psychotherapy with children, adolescents and families facing a range of difficulties, specialising in traumatic bereavement and PTSD. I am CATT certified (Children's Accelerated Trauma Treatment) a new technique for treating trauma and PTSD approved by NICE. Clinical interventions are undertaken through talking, play and the multi-arts, methods which prove useful for those who may struggle to engage with talking therapy. In order to work safely sessions are undertaken with an in depth understanding of trauma-informed protocol, using interwoven modalities and grounded in attachment theory, treatment plans are entirely based on the needs of the child or young person.
I hold a Masters in Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Postgraduate Diploma in Child Psychotherapy Studies, in addition the Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Professional Development: The Therapeutic Application of the Arts. I currently work across both educational and specialist clinical settings, therefore I am accustomed to working alongside school staff and with multidisciplinary clinical teams. I hold full professional liability insurance and an up to date DBS (Disclosures and Barring service) certificate. I also hold an organisational membership with IATE.
