My Approach

Taking the first step and making contact with a psychotherapist can be quite challenging. Wherever you are at, I will meet you there. This is a confidential space where you can explore your feelings and patterns safely, developing a healthier relationship with yourself and others. I work with an integrative approach, which means that I draw from different psychotherapeutic models. Together we might look at early interactions and explore unconscious feelings, also focussing on the present moment.

My first session

I offer a free initial consultation.

This is an opportunity for both of us to get to know each other and assess whether we can work together. You will have the chance to learn more about how I work and ask any questions you may have.

About Me

I am an Adult Psychotherapist, Child and Adolescent Counsellor, and Adult Counsellor with over a decade of training in mental health. I offer sessions in English and Italian.

My work with adults spans the NHS, agency settings and private practice.
