My Approach

I have both a BSc and an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling. I am a registered member of UKCP.

I have experience of working with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life changes, sexual and gender identity, neurodiversity and low self esteem.

I have worked in low-cost counselling charities and am now in private practice working from central Norwich.

Hello, I’m Lotte.

I offer a confidential, warm and friendly environment in which you can explore the reasons that bring you to counselling. I work collaboratively with you and encourage curiosity to gain a deeper awareness of how you experience yourself, the world and others.

I offer both short-term focussed counselling working on a specific issue, or longer term counselling where we can explore things in greater depth. I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, which means I bring together different counselling theories and schools of thought and tailor my approach to each person; we agree together how we will work.

Working ethically is extremely important to me and I am guided by the UKCP code of ethics.

I work with adults over the age of 18.
