If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed or stuck after a difficult experience, you’re in the right place. I work with women navigating life changes, trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence or challenges in relationships and identity. Many are busy professionals, entrepreneurs or “wildcards” living less linear lives, but my therapy is open to any woman ready to understand herself, untangle overwhelm and reconnect with her strengths. My own experiences of trauma and turbulence, matrescence, baby loss, creativity, dyslexia, ADHD and parenting neurodivergent children inform my inclusive, compassionate approach.
I specialise in trauma, transformation and neurodiverse experiences. My relational, mind–body approach blends psychodynamic theory, interpersonal neurobiology, creativity and existential perspectives. This is an in-depth, six month online program designed to help you live an authentic, empowered and meaningful life.

I help women make sense of their experiences, find meaning and go their own way.
I am an HCPC-registered Chartered Psychologist and UKCP-accredited Clinical Psychotherapist. My practice is shaped by my own journey through business, creativity and healing and is enriched by neurodivergent thinking. I specialise in supporting women who are seeking healing beyond the linear path. I'll work with you to create a safe, inclusive space where you can explore, heal and reconnect with yourself. If this feels right for you, contact me for a free 20 minute consultation.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
