I am a systemic family psychotherapist who offers an interpretive approach using narrative and dialogical models. My thinking is that the person is not the problem but rather the problem is the problem. Focusing on relationship with self and others within our complex family systems can be an area of new self learning through generated perspectives. The therapy aims to stay curious, hold equality and offer transparency of the positions we hold.
I work in the NHS with Adults and their family members who have experienced trauma and life challenges. I have trained in Metallisation based therapy, systemic Family psychotherapy and Behavioural Family therapy.
I am a parent of two young girls and enjoy gardening.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
