About Me

I am an Integrative Body Psychotherapist with 16 years of experience working in the field of counselling and psychotherapy within private practice and the NHS. I am a full member of the UKCP (United Kingdom of Council of Psychotherapy). I offer therapy sessions to a men and women experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological problems.

I work to help you explore your feelings, beliefs and understanding of a long-term problem that has affected your life in a negative way. I listen and support you through a difficult period in your life and offer you encouragement with personal grow to enhance your potential.

My core training in Body Psychotherapy which can help you explore and express your psychological, physical, emotional and beliefs to the dilemma or problem you are facing. It is also helpful processing challenging or 'stuck' emotions and feelings that often contribute to anxiety and depression.

I am able to employ a relational style, which some clients have said is helpful to identify and clarify thoughts and feelings they have to themselves and others. This can be useful when challenged with problems in social and intimate relationships.

I also hold a Diploma in Relational Supervision and find incorporating this model of therapy into sessions, when appropriate, can be helpful and useful for clients dealing with professional conflict or dilemmas.

I work to address the unique problems of individuals and I have been trained to offer recognised for people to explore subjects in the sessions in ways that feel comfortable to them.
