About Me

As a therapist, I seek to be a companion to you when you face a challenge, hardship, or creative block. I will be guided by your process, situation, personal nature and goals while bringing an attitude that values all the parts of ourselves with awareness, curiosity and non-judgment. Within each situation we will together look for resources, pathways and solutions.
You might bring a specific personal or collective issue that affects you. It may be that you bring a desire for your own personal growth. I am interested in exploring with you how your history is present in your life. I will support you to be curious about the ways in which the disturbances and challenges you face also contain the seeds of your growth. I see this as a matter of being and becoming more - of yourself.
I have worked in private practice since 2015 and I am the founder and director of the mental health charity for young people, Act for Change working particularly with abuse and trauma since 2007.
I am a process-oriented psychotherapist, facilitator and trainer. Born in Jerusalem, I grew up in Geneva, and now live in London, UK with my husband and 3 children.
I work with individuals, couples and groups. I welcome people of all ethnic backgrounds, faiths, abilities, genders, abilities.
The background of my work has been laid down through my life experiences of growing up in an international community in Geneva and continues to be forged through my work with a wide array of people and experiences in the multi cultural and diverse city that is London.
I am interested in engaging with diversity issues that both enrich and trouble us. I have been active for many years in community building and collaborations between communities, organisations and institutions of learning.
Community Facilitation
The focus of my work with communities has been community conflict, trauma and community development and leadership. I have worked with a range of faith communities, community centres and local authorities to effect change.
I run a a number of monthly groups that range from exploring how we facilitate ourselves; the impact of child abuse within an institutional setting; and to exploring the presence of our histories in our day-to-day lives.
I am one of the founding members of the Deep Democracy Forum in London co-facilitating small public forums on diverse social issues. Since the pandemic, our public conversations are focused around Dreaming the Future.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I hold a LLB in Law from the London School of Economics, am a Fellow in Holocaust Education with the Imperial War Museum, a Fellow with the School of Social Enterprise.
Sessions can take place online on Zoom or face to face in ether North or West London. During the Coronavirus pandemic sessions are taking place exclusively online.
I offer sessions in English or French and also speak Hebrew and Spanish.
