My Approach

I bring an integrative and holistic approach to my work, tailoring each session to the unique needs of my clients. My extensive training covers all major schools and models of traditional psychotherapy, enabling me to draw from a wide range of evidence-based methods. Additionally, I incorporate specialised techniques such as EMDR and non-verbal communication insights, and as a transpersonal psychotherapist, I guide clients in deeper exploration of their mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual selves.

My practice integrates:
• Traditional Psychotherapy: A comprehensive understanding of the leading schools and models, ensuring an individualised and evidence-based approach to therapy.
• EMDR Therapy: A powerful, research-backed method for addressing trauma, PTSD, and emotional roadblocks.
• Non-Verbal Communication and Somatic Awareness: Understanding the body’s signals, both subconscious and conscious, to explore how they shape behaviours, relationships, and emotional patterns.
• Transpersonal Psychotherapy: Using creative methods like mindfulness, visualization, and deeper exploration of the self for transformational change.
• Relationship Psychology: Supporting individuals and couples in better understanding and improving their relationships, offering tools for connection and communication.
• Consciousness Studies: Helping clients develop grounding, self-awareness, and clarity to navigate life with authenticity.

I combine empathy and compassion with a gentle yet challenging approach, empowering clients to uncover blind spots and create meaningful change.

About Me

Are you struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, work-anxiety, relationship challenges, family issues, trauma, or grief? It’s not easy to sit with these thoughts and feelings alone, and it may help to have a safe, supportive space to check in, offload, and process what’s going on for you right now.

As an experienced UKCP and MBACP psychotherapist, I meet you where you are, working in ways that feel comfortable, supportive, and safe. The therapeutic relationship is central to the work we do together, and I prioritise creating a confidential and non-judgmental environment where you can feel free to express yourself.

I understand that taking the step to seek help can feel daunting. It takes courage to talk about things you may have never shared before. That’s why I work with intuition and emotional intelligence, adapting to your unique needs and ensuring the process feels as comfortable and empowering as possible. Together, we can work towards greater clarity, healing, and growth.

With over 10 years of experience, I specialise in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and self-esteem issues. I also work with professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives and performing artists seeking a balance between personal fulfilment and career demands. I create a safe, compassionate space for clients to explore themselves, process presenting issues, uncover blind spots, reframe limiting beliefs and make meaningful changes to live happier, healthier lives.

Divorce is a deeply challenging experience, with much to grieve and process. I help individuals navigate the emotional complexities of divorce, providing support as they heal, reflect, and work through their feelings.
