I work in a creative, embodied and integrated way, considering your somatic (body) experience as well as your emotions and thoughts. I use therapeutic methods that invite you to work creatively and experientially, supporting you to learn more about yourself, connect with your resources and explore new and different ways to navigate life. These methods are flexible, adapted to you and I work collaboratively to find a pace that fits for you where you feel safe and supported.
I understand how important it is to find the right therapy and therapist for you. I offer an initial meeting for you to discuss what you want to achieve from therapy and to see if I can provide you with the help you need at this time. There is no commitment or obligation to continue therapy with me afterwards.

I look forward to hearing from you.

I provide individual, group and outdoor psychodrama psychotherapy to help you feel more connected, resourced and regulated. I am passionate about supporting people to feel safe and connected with themselves, their community and nature.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in a range of different outdoor and educational settings across the UK and abroad, in both the voluntary and statutory sector. I've also set up and run many of my own collaborative and solo private ventures.
I work from a trauma-informed, relational approach, integrating various different theoretical perspectives in my work, including attachment theory and polyvagal theory.
