My Approach

I draw on a range of approaches including psychodynamic, person-centred, existential, and Jungian ideas, depending on what feels most supportive for you. My style is warm, grounded, and gently challenging, and always guided by your needs.

I hold a diploma in psychotherapy from CCPE (Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education) in London, and have undertaken specialist training in trauma, IFS (Internal Family Systems) parts work, and pregnancy and infant loss. My clinical experience includes work with Linked Minds, supporting individuals with a range of mental health challenges including schizophrenia; The Caravan at St James’s Church, a walk-in therapy service offering short-term support; and Fresh Start, where I provided low-cost psychotherapy to adults facing a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties.

Whether you're in the depths of grief or just beginning to explore what’s no longer working, you’ll be met with care, clarity, and expertise.
I offer a free 30-minute consultation so we can see if we’re a good fit. If any of this resonates, I’d love to hear from you.

About Me

People often come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or lost. Maybe you're grieving. Maybe you're not quite sure what you’re feeling, only that you don’t feel like yourself anymore. Therapy offers a space to breathe, feel, and gently begin again.

I specialise in working with grief and loss, low mood, and anxiety. This includes bereavement, the end of relationships, redundancy, work-related stress, life transitions, the loss of a beloved pet, and the quieter forms of loss that often go unrecognised, such as a loss of purpose, motivation, confidence, or connection to yourself.

Some clients come to me saying, “I don’t know what I want anymore,” or “I feel numb.” Others describe a quiet, internal ache that’s hard to name. My role is to help you connect with what’s there and support you in finding a way forward.

Alongside one-to-one therapy in Buckinghamshire and London, I also facilitate monthly group sessions in Buckinghamshire and run therapeutic workshops in both locations. These include Beyond Loss, a reflective space for anyone navigating grief in its many forms, such as bereavement, relationship breakdown, identity shifts, miscarriage, and baby loss.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

Whether you're feeling on edge, disconnected, flat, or overwhelmed, I offer a space where these feelings can be explored and understood, with curiosity and care rather than judgment. Together, we can look beneath the symptoms and begin to make sense of what they may be pointing to.
This includes grief, loss of a loved one, baby loss, the end of a relationship, or the quieter, less spoken about losses such as identity shifts or loss of meaning. I hold a deeply compassionate space for all forms of grief to be witnessed and worked through.
Our relationships shape us, often in ways we only come to understand later. You may be struggling with intimacy, boundaries, self-worth, or repeating patterns that leave you feeling hurt or unfulfilled. Whether you're looking to explore family dynamics, romantic relationships, friendships, or how you relate to yourself, I offer a reflective space where insight and change can begin to take root.
Experiences of sexual abuse can leave lasting imprints on the body, mind, and sense of self. I work with deep care, attunement, and respect for your pace. There is no pressure to share more than you want to. Our work might include building safety and trust, exploring boundaries, reconnecting with the body, or gently making space for the parts of you that have had to hold these experiences alone.
Trauma can take many forms — a single event, repeated experiences, or something that happened long ago but still lives in the body and nervous system. You might feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, numbness, overwhelm, or disconnection without always knowing why. I work gently and steadily, helping you feel safe enough to explore at your own pace. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in a deep respect for the ways we adapt to survive.
