My Approach

I am an empathic person whose approach is to build a strong foundation of trust and care and to provide the opportunity to talk about difficult issues in a safe environment. My foundation model is Transactional Analysis but i am an integrative practitioner so utilise other modalities to support my practice.

About Me

I have been working as a therapist since 2013 and have experience of working with those 16 and above. I am a retired police officer having worked for many years in the areas of public protection and multi-agency field working with many victims and survivors of rape, sexual abuse, domestic abuse , financial abuse, honour bases abuse and many other areas. Since starting as a therapist i have used my skills and knowledge and consider myself a relational practitioner who works with clients in an empathic and empowering manner and i build strong and trusting therapeutic relationships which operates in an ethical manner at all times.
