I offer individual or group therapy to people who, for one reason or another, are struggling with the challenges of life. Perhaps you realise you are repeating unhelpful patterns in your life and don’t know why but would like to change. Or you may be struggling to come to terms with events or experiences that are difficult to share. Individual therapy is usually weekly at the same time and place; each session is 50 minutes.
Alternatively, you may be interested in developing a better understanding of yourself and if this is the case entering a group could be particularly helpful for you. A group-analytic group meets weekly for 90 minutes in a confidential and a containing space.
I run therapy groups and see individual both online and in person.
