Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

As a psychotherapist with extensive experience in domestic violence, I've supported numerous survivors through their healing journeys. I've counselled at a Women's Health Service for 9 years, addressing issues of sexual abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault. My approach combines empathy, trauma-informed care, and practical skills to help clients rebuild their lives, regain their voice, and develop healthy coping strategies.
I've supported many individuals struggling with disordered eating. My approach combines compassion with techniques to help clients develop a healthier relationship with food and their bodies. I've completed comprehensive training with the National Centre for Eating Disorders, equipping me with advanced skills in nutritional interventions and practitioner excellence for eating disorders.
