My approach is relational, integrative, and informed by the belief that healing happens in connection. I draw on Transactional Analysis, CBT, and psychodynamic theory, and I integrate somatic practices because I recognise that trauma and emotion are often held in the body. I pay close attention to the therapeutic relationship, including transference and countertransference dynamics, as a route to deeper insight and transformation.
I tailor my work to the unique needs of each client, supporting them to build emotional awareness, regulate their nervous system, and develop healthier patterns of relating. I offer a collaborative and reflective process that encourages clients to feel empowered, seen, and understood.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist committed to supporting people to create meaningful and lasting change in their lives. I offer a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth space where clients can explore their emotions, relationships, and inner experiences safely. I work with adults, couples, and young people, and I am passionate about helping clients develop greater self-understanding, resilience, and connection with themselves and others.
My background includes work in private practice, community settings, and teaching. I value honesty, curiosity, and collaboration, and I believe therapy is most effective when it feels safe, human, and grounded in genuine relationship.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
