About Me

I’m a systemic family therapist with a background in teaching, mentoring, and several years of experience in the NHS. I work with children, teenagers, adults, and couples, supporting challenges such as family dynamics, parenting, ADHD/autism, anxiety, stress, and relationships. Clients often describe me as warm, calm, creative, and non-judgmental. My experience in education and mentoring naturally led me into therapy, where I felt I can continue supporting others in meaningful ways.
