About Me

As a seasoned second-generation private healthcare provider, specialising in fostering improvements in overall wellbeing by enhancing psychological health. A therapist since 1998, I bring extensive experience and dedication to my clients' holistic wellness journeys.
My expertise stems from a diverse educational background, initially focusing on anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage. Building on this foundation, I pursued advanced training at the International Institute of Preventive Physical Medicine Practice in Tokyo, where I delved into manipulation techniques for physical well-being using Eastern philosophies. This complemented my studies at the National College of Hypnotherapies and Psychotherapies, where I gained invaluable insights into psychological intervention methods.
Continuing my commitment to professional development, I furthered my education and earned a Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy in Practice, which helped me support my clients.
I am proud to be registered as an accredited UKCP member and a member of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council. I am also a Senior Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine. These affiliations underscore my dedication to the profession and to upholding the highest standards of professional development and ethical practice.
