I offer a down-to-earth, flexible approach, shaped by what you bring. Some people come wanting to untangle a specific issue; others are trying to make sense of who they are, or what matters most to them. My role is to meet you where you are and help you explore what’s going on at a pace that feels right.
If you're considering therapy, you may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what’s next. Psychotherapy can help you make sense of complex feelings, patterns, or experiences, even those that have been present for years without a clear explanation.
People come to therapy for many reasons: a life crisis, relationship or family strain, ongoing anxiety or stress, or simply the sense that something isn’t quite right. Sometimes it’s about identity, shame, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. For some, it’s about navigating life in a new place or carrying the weight of where they’ve come from.
Whatever’s brought you here, therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of things, and begin to move forward.
I’m a fully qualified and UKCP-accredited psychotherapist with a Master’s in Psychotherapy. My clinical experience includes working with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, and supporting people dealing with addiction, family dysfunction and questions of identity. I offer a safe, reflective and confidential space where we can work at a pace that feels right for you.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
