I am a Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Certified Transactional Analyst and Clinical Supervisor (PgDip, MSc, CTA(P), PG Cert).
I work predominantly using Relational TA, though my approach is integrative and pluralistic. This means I am also informed by other methods and theories, to best suit the needs of the individual. These include Humanistic, Psychoanalytic and Attachment-based approaches.
In my work I provide a safe, containing, confidential and empathic space, in which we can explore whatever it is that has brought you into therapy.
I specialise in working with relational and relationship difficulties, attachment, trauma and loss.
My practice is non-discriminatory and LGBT+ affirmative, with respect for the individuality, experience and value of each client.
I belong to the following institutes and professional bodies: UKCP; BACP and The Metanoia Institute.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
