My Approach

My style of therapy is real, down-to-earth and honest. Sometimes, I will work with you in a way that offers you nurturing, understanding and self-acceptance. Sometimes we’ll focus more on developing your emotional tone and your mind-body resilience to help you stretch into the kind of change you want. I always combine both of these aspects in a way that is right for you. Ultimately, I believe you have all the answers and resources within you – my job is to help you bring these to light.

About Me

Hello, I’m Jenni. I’m a highly-qualified, established psychotherapist and counsellor, with a decade of experience supporting unique individuals through the process of emotional healing, psychological integration and personal transformation. I began my practice in the Harley Street area of London and with The School of Life. I have also practiced in charity settings and with the NHS. I now work with clients internationally online or in person in Margate, UK.

I work with

  • Companies
  • Individuals
  • Private healthcare referrals

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

In my 10 years of practicing as a psychotherapist, I have become increasingly passionate about people's relationships with their fathers and the role that fatherhood plays in everyone's life. By fatherhood, I mean the experience of being fathered as well as the experience of fathering – as a father, father figure or caregiver. I also include in this the experience of growing up with an absent father, emotionally or physically absent and the experience of becoming a father – known as patrescence. We can work together to explore your relationship with your father figures as well as how you may parent or father today. We can define how you want to do things differently, break old cycles and heal painful triggers.
Separation and divorce is common in today's society but it sill has a huge impact on all family members no matter how well intended each person is. Therapy can support you in moving through this important change of your life or process a separation that may have happened a long time ago but you still feel the effects of today.
