My way of working is relational and integrative, meaning I draw on different therapeutic approaches to shape our sessions around what feels most helpful for you. I offer a safe supportive space where you can talk openly about what’s going on in your life. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or at a point of change or loss. Together we can take time to understand together what you’re experiencing and support you in finding ways of moving forward.
I have over eighteen years of clinical experience working with people experiencing anxiety, stress and pressure, relationship difficulties, life changes, loss, or grief. I also bring considerable experience of working with people living with complex health issues and fertility challenges, as well as those impacted by trauma or periods of disconnection.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
