Starting therapy can be a daunting experience. I offer a safe and welcoming space at both my Victoria and Pimlico clinic, both a 2 minute walk from their corresponding stations.
As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I aim to help you come to an understanding of how your unconscious and past experiences play a part in your current difficulties. Looking at how this influences your interactions with yourself and others. I work with people from a range of different backgrounds with varying mental health issues; offering a safe and confidential space for you to express how you feel, without judgement.
I offer both time-limited (12 weeks) and open–ended therapy, with the opportunity to explore your current issues and gain insight on a once per week basis.
About me
I am a fully qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist registered with UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC).
I have a Bsc (Hons) in Psychology and completed my professional training at WPF Therapy, a UKCP, BACP and BPC accredited course. My background is in mental health, with years of experience in psychiatric services as well as working with adults in my private practice.
I believe in offering an open and empathetic environment for you to bring whatever it is that is troubling you, whether that be issues you may be having with feelings such as lowered self-worth or confidence to more deep-rooted feelings of depression or anxiety.
