I provide a safe, engaging and supportive space for you to explore any issue that is troubling you. The ultimate goal would be to help you create a more meaningful life and new ways of approaching your relationship with yourself and others.
I offer psychotherapy for a wide range of life issues including anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement, relationship issues and low self-esteem.
I frequently work with adults and young people (18-25) who have felt excluded, discriminated against, oppressed, alienated, bullied, shamed and isolated in any shape or form. I also work with people who find themselves at the intersection between gender, sexuality, neurodiversity, race/ethnicity, social class and disability.
I specialise in working with issues surrounding gender, sexuality and identity, and the specific needs of the LGBTQIA+/ GSRD (Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diverse) community. I welcome working with people with diverse gender and sexual identities, people who engage in chemsex or consensual polyamorous relationships, sex-workers and people living with HIV. I also welcome working with trans/transgender clients, pre/post or questioning transition, people who engage in cross-dressing, people who identify as Neurodivergent, Crip or Queer, and people who engage in Kink, BDSM, asexuality or celibacy.
