My Approach

I sit with my clients as they talk about their life and experiences, I learn to view the world through my client's eyes, in this way, I am able to reflect back on how I experience their way of being which grows great self-awareness, from this awareness and continued explorations of the past, present and future clients are able to understand why they are who they are, giving them the choice and power to grow and evolve in a way which suits them.

About Me

I am calm, friendly and grounded. I come from a combined background of yoga teaching and working with secondary school children with behavioral issues, moving into counselling as a result of these experiences and my own life experiences.
