UKCP has moved to York House, 221 Pentonville Road, London N1 9UZ. We are updating the address listed in all our documents, please bear with us as we make these changes.
Life can feel overwhelming and we can get into patterns that are unhelpful and destructive. If you are looking to better understand yourself, perhaps going through a time of transitions, seeking to change difficult thoughts, feelings, relationships or behaviours I work with clients of all sexualities and identities. I seek to create a safe confidential space for you to:
- share things you may not have spoken to anyone about
- gain new insight into the challenges you face
- develop self-care and self-compassion
- find better ways to communicate and relate to others
- develop ways to change thoughts, feelings and behaviours you find problematic
- find your own unique way of living more fully
- heal from trauma
I work with individuals, couples and people in polyamorous relationships. In autumn 2024 I will also be offering group therapy.
I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and counsellor. My passion is working with people to help them find their own unique way through difficult experiences and feelings. I have completed a four year training in Transactional Analysis, a foundation in Jungian depth psychology and training in psychosynthesis. I draw on this training and my experience to tailor the way I work with each individual. I work with a diverse range of clients including members of the LGBTQI communities
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
