My Approach

I am an integrative practitioner working across psychotherapeutic models. This allows me a rich pallet of therapeutic opportunities which we can explore together.
Every individuals therapy process is unique- as we are all unique beings. The mainstays of my work with you could inc;
-Gestalt- relational & somatic work
-Jungian image work, exploring dreams, archetypes, 'stories'
-Psychodynamic work focusing on attachment styles and child development
-Person centred approaches of deep listening & being led by an individual, whilst offering reflections/ mirroring
-Creative arts- opportunities to explore deeply and creatively through reflective 'journey' work (visualisation),movement, psycho drama, chair work, embodiment, mark-making and creative writing.
-Nature based work- wild therapy in relationship with the wild environment (eco-therapy), nature connection and therapeutic nature based activities.
-A soul focused perspective- finding meaning, purpose, hope and creating 'symbolic acts' or a ritual practice to support a release or invitation of change into your life.
Psycho-education- learning about your nervous system and other physiological & phenomenological responses within human beings and how this relates to your own experience.
Every person is different arriving with interests or needs specific wishes on what to focus on.
We would explore this journey together and include practices which feel most important or useful to you.
