My Approach

WHAT TO EXPECT
Working with adults, I offer weekly time-limited and open-ended sessions both online and in person.

Initial consultation
This will allow you space to talk and for me to listen. I can understand what you hope to get from therapy and we can think together about how I may be able to help.

Time-limited therapy (Available online)
Time-limited therapy offers you 12 weekly sessions. This type of therapy is focused on a specific issue or concern within a defined timeframe. Perhaps you are going through a change, in a difficult relationship or experiencing loss.

Open-ended therapy (currently no availability)
With no set focus, open-ended therapy allows time to explore how you interact in the world and uncover hidden patterns and motivations. Allowing you to gain insight into your inner world can make lasting changes in your life.

Appointments and Fees
Your sessions would take place at the same time each week and last for 50 minutes.
Sessions start from £65.
I accept Aviva and AXA health insurance.

About Me

As a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, registered with UKCP and FPC I am dedicated to offering a non-judgemental and confidential space where you will be listened to.

My approach to sessions is an exploratory, open manner and I invite you to bring whatever feels signification to our sessions. Together, we'll explore what's happening. I believe therapy is embracing your true self, so I'll encourage you to guide our sessions allowing your authentic self to emerge.

I have worked with people with a wide range of emotional and psychological issues to help them gain insight into unconscious thoughts and patterns to help them live more fulfilling lives.
