My approach to sessions is exploratory. I invite you to talk about whatever feels significant to you, and together, we'll explore and make sense of what's happening.
The origins of our difficulties often lie in the past. We tend to repeat patterns learned from our earliest relationships, even when they no longer serve us. These repeated patterns can influence the dynamics and quality of our relationships, impact our performance at work, and shape how we navigate daily life.
I offer weekly time-limited and open-ended therapy, which lasts for 50 minutes.
