I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist (UKCP, MBACP) and neuroscientist based in Oxford and London.
I believe that anyone can experience moments of great discomfort throughout their life. I offer both long and short-term treatments to help individuals manage difficult emotions and improve their well-being and functioning.
I use an integrative model, which is informed by Gestalt, Psychodynamic and Humanistic theories. This approach enables me to support people exploring past, present and future challenges.
In my work, I tailor treatment to the individual needs of each client and their personal circumstances. In so doing, I am committed to collaborate with the client on their needs, treatment possibilities and achievable objectives.
I have experience of working for the NHS, mental health charities, and in private practice with clients across a broad range of presenting issues. I provide a supportive, containing, and safe environment built on empathy and mutual trust. I also consider confidentiality a basic requirement of the therapeutic treatment.
My practice is non-discriminatory and LGBT affirmative.
I provide therapy both in English and Italian.
