My Approach

I work in an open and inclusive way with a collaborative stance. My approach is shaped by contemporary psychoanalytic and humanistic approaches with integrative critical model to all standard models in psychotherapy and counselling.

About Me

As an integrative psychotherapist I bring over 15 years experience working in private practice, primary and secondary care settings as well as charities and the NHS. I am aware and sensitive to realities of oppression and exclusion and I aim for an anti-oppressive practice.
